Shipping policy

We ship worldwide from Mexico.

Production time. Every piece is cast and finished by hand. Preparing your order takes 5 to 8 business days.

Delivery time (business days after dispatch): Mexico 7 to 15, Canada 12 to 15, United States 12 to 18, Europe 12 to 21, rest of the world 12 to 28. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed; customs processing and carrier delays can add time.

Tracking. Every order ships with a tracking number.

Customs, duties and taxes. United States: import duties and customs handling are included in the shipping price, so there is nothing extra to pay at delivery. Europe and the rest of the world: import taxes, VAT and customs fees are set by your country, are not collected at checkout, and may be charged at delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Packaging. Every order is packed with care so it arrives safely.
