Is it real silver?

Yes. All our pieces are solid 925 sterling silver (92.5% pure silver, alloyed with other metals for strength). Never plated.

Will it tarnish or leave marks on my skin?

Silver darkens naturally over time and is easy to clean. See our Care guide. In some skin chemistries the copper in the alloy can leave a faint mark; it is harmless and washes off.

What does "oxidized" mean?

We darken the recesses of the silver on purpose to highlight the details. It is part of the design.

How long will my order take?

Your order is prepared in 5 to 8 business days, then delivery takes 7 to 28 business days depending on the destination (United States: 12 to 18). See our Shipping page for every region.

Does my order include tracking?

Yes. Every order ships with a tracking number.

Will I pay import fees?

For US orders, duties and customs handling are included in the shipping price. In other countries, import taxes may apply on delivery.

Can you resize my ring?

Unfortunately rings cannot be resized, so please check the Size Guide before ordering.

Can I return or exchange something?

Yes, within 14 days of receiving it, if the piece is unworn, in its original packaging and with proof of purchase. Write to us on the Contact page to start a return. Return shipping is paid by the buyer. Custom pieces cannot be returned. Exchanges are handled as a return plus a new purchase. Customers in the European Union have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
